Add three new recommendation reason enum values to the Hotel Service v4 API documentation:

Notes
These are additive-only changes to the API documentation, with no breaking changes. The new enum values are already implemented in the backend services (Supply API, Orchestrator, Adapter HS4) and frontend (GraphQL, UI).
